Ifrah has completed her MPhil degree in Public policy from Forman Christian College University(FCCU),Lahore. Here she was awarded TA/RA ship(2 years) on merit for MPhil public policy. Ifrah has been an internee for Prime minster Youth program where she worked at P-TEVTA for 1 year. Ifrah has worked as a lecturer at University of Lahore for 2 years. Ifrah has also been a trainee under UNODC TOT "Global integrity education project". Ifrah has publications in HEC recognized journals.
