Recognizing the growing demand for well-rounded professionals in the public sector, the program blends theoretical insights, practical skills, and competitive exam readiness into a cohesive curriculum.
With a multidisciplinary approach, students will explore key areas such as governance, policy analysis, public management, economics, political science, international relations, and Pakistan studies. A defining feature of the program is the dedicated CSS preparation module in the final year, where students will receive focused training in all compulsory and optional subjects required for the CSS examination. This intensive module will be taught by experienced Civil Superior Services (CSP) officers and recent top CSS qualifiers, ensuring students benefit from their real-world expertise, practical insights, and proven strategies for success.
The program emphasizes experiential learning through case studies, policy simulations, internships, and research projects to ensure students not only excel academically but also develop critical thinking, analytical reasoning, and leadership capabilities. Graduates of this program will be well-positioned to pursue careers in civil services, public sector management, non-governmental organizations, or advanced studies in governance and public policy.
