Tariq Rahim graduated with a degree in Political Science from the University of Karachi, Pakistan. He completed his MS at the Middle East Technical University (METU), where he also worked as a teaching assistant for two academic years. He earned his PhD from the Department of Political Science and Public Administration at METU in Ankara, Turkey, in 2023. In October 2024, Tariq joined the University of Management and Technology (Lahore) as an Assistant Professor, a position he currently holds. His primary areas of teaching and research interest include public administration, public policy, research methodology, the politics of foreign aid and human rights. Tariq has published articles in HEC-recognized journals.
