Myself Dr. Zerish Tasleem and I am serving as an assistant professor in University of Management and Technology, Lahore, Pakistan. I have completed my PhD from Universiti Utara Malaysia, Malaysia. I did my MPA and MPhil. from Bahauddin Zakariya University, Multan (Pakistan) and secured third position both in master and MPhil. I have served as Monitoring officer, Multan Region, Dar-e-Arqam Schools Pakistan and assisted as Research Assistant (R.A.) in UUM and COMSATS university Islamabad. I have also served as Represented Pakistani Students Community in Universiti Utara Malaysia and also worked as a Protocol director in Universiti Utara Malaysia. So far, I have authored 9 research publication in international and notional journals. Moreover, I have attended various national and international conferences, trainings and workshops.
